Typically, it takes 1-7 business days from booking confirmation to schedule a carrier for standard shipments. For urgent or time-sensitive transports, expedited services are available to fast-track this process.
Not always. Door-to-door means pickup and delivery as close as possible to your address. If a large carrier can’t access your street safely or legally, we’ll coordinate a nearby meeting point for a quick handoff.
Your vehicle is insured against damage caused by carrier fault or equipment failure.
The transport trucks are legally required to have a minimum public liability insurance of $750,000 and $100,000 in cargo insurance.
We accept major credit cards for most of the payment. Any remaining balance at delivery can be paid via cash, bank/certified check, or postal money order to the carrier.
Yes, an individual over 18 must be present to hand over the keys and sign the inspection report. This person can be any responsible adult you designate.
Ideally, schedule your transport 2-3 weeks in advance for the best chance of meeting your preferred timeline.

Drivers will approach as close to your door as legally and safely possible. Due to truck size, certain residential areas may be inaccessible. If so, an alternative nearby location, like a grocery store parking lot, might be arranged for pick-up or delivery.
Delivery time depends mostly on distance, route demand, weather, and scheduling, but most shipments from Houston fall into a few common ranges:
Pickup timing can also vary based on carrier availability. Once we confirm your order, we’ll share an estimated pickup window and keep you updated as the driver is assigned.
Yes. We can ship non-running (inoperable) vehicles from Houston, but they require special handling. Non-running cars typically need a winch (and sometimes extra equipment) to load and unload safely, which can affect pricing and carrier availability.
No worries — it happens. Door-to-door delivery means we deliver as close to your address as legally and safely possible. If your street has tight turns, low clearance, weight restrictions, or HOA/apartment rules, we’ll arrange a nearby meeting point—like a wider road, shopping center lot, or open area.
